A few things worth knowing.

What does one credit cover?

One credit covers up to 5 pages in one answer sheet. A 6–10 page paper uses 2 credits, 11–15 uses 3, and 16–20 uses 4. A separate question paper and mark scheme do not add credits. Unused pages in a credit do not carry over between papers.

What happens if a paper fails to process?

If grading fails, the credits or free allowance reserved for that paper are returned automatically. Your credit history shows the adjustment.

Can I use the marks straight away?

All AI grades need an educator’s review. Check the suggested marks, resolve uncertainty flags, and make corrections before using the result. High-stakes assessment requires a qualified human reviewer.

Is it suitable for handwritten papers?

Yes, clear scanned handwriting can be assessed. Legibility, diagrams, unusual notation, and missing context can affect results. Unreadable or uncertain answers are flagged for review.

Can I change or delete my files?

You can delete papers from their results page or delete your account from account settings. Submitted files and results are automatically removed after the configured retention period, initially 30 days.
