AI suggestions need your review

Markvero provides suggested marks and feedback. It can misread handwriting, misinterpret answers, or apply a marking scheme incorrectly. Confidence scores are model estimates, not guarantees of accuracy. All results are provisional until reviewed. You remain responsible for the final grading decision.

Important assessment decisions

For examinations, admissions, progression, certification, or other high-stakes decisions, a qualified educator must independently review the original work and confirm the marks. Do not use an unreviewed AI result as the sole basis for a decision affecting a learner.

Accounts and the free allowance

Keep your sign-in details private and provide an email address you control. The first 3 eligible papers are free after email verification, with up to 5 answer pages per free paper. This allowance is offered once per person; duplicate accounts, aliases, and account deletion must not be used to reset it. Accounts or activity associated with abuse may be restricted.

Credit packages and payments

One credit covers up to 5 pages in a single answer sheet. A 6–10 page paper uses 2 credits, 11–15 pages use 3, and 16–20 pages use 4. Page capacity cannot be shared between papers. Question papers and mark schemes do not add credit charges. The current package prices are displayed before checkout. Paid credits are added only after a verified payment confirmation.

When payment testing is enabled, checkout is labelled as a test and no live payment is represented as complete. If a grading job fails, reserved credits or the free allowance are returned automatically. Deleting a successfully processed paper does not refund the credits used. Deleting an account forfeits its remaining credits.

Documents and acceptable use

Upload only authorized educational papers. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Limit student identifiers and sensitive information to what is strictly necessary.

Availability and retention

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, configuration, provider outages, or heavy usage. Processing times vary. Download results you wish to retain; papers and results are subject to automatic deletion after the configured retention period. See the privacy notice for details.

Changes

Pricing and operational settings may change for future purchases and jobs. Existing transaction records retain their original amounts. Review the current package details before buying additional credits.
